Shipping fees
Standard Shipping ( Please Allow 5-7 working days after dispatch) - £3.95
Tracked and Signed For 1st Class (Please allow 2-3 working days after dispatch) - £6.00
Worldwide shipping (tracked) - £10.00 ( depending on weight/value)

Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible, we only dispatch on weekdays (orders made on Friday after 1pm will be posted on the next Monday) If you need to receive your package any sooner, please let us know. If it’s possible and we can, we will!

Domestic: Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday).
International delivery: Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) (tracking information available on request).

UK orders
All standard delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail. Each shipment is logged by Royal Mail; standard shipping should take 3-5 days to arrive, but it can take up to 7 working days during busy periods. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days of your shipping confirmation please contact us.

Please note that if you have not chosen the Tracked and Signed postage option we are not liable for late delivery nor lost of package - a refund on postage will not be issued.

International orders
All items will be sent Royal Mail tracked and/or signed (dependant on what each country offers), to ensure a secure, quick and reliable service. Delivery times will vary, based on the destination, and we can provide a tracking number upon request.

Please ensure that the correct address details are provided on your order in compliance with the postal requirements of the recipient's country - incorrect information can result in packages being returned to us in the UK and we are unable to re-send without an additional postal fee.

Lost/Delayed Post
We choose the most reliable and economical postal service, to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. Very occasionally for reasons out of our control, post can be either delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within a week of dispatch. For non-UK order, please wait for at least 2 weeks after your shipping confirmation date before contacting us.

RETURNS
For any returns/exchanges, please contact us via email at zennorglass@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will need your order number and full name to provide further information & accept your return.

Faulty Items
If you receive the item and it is faulty, please get in contact within 14 days & we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement.

Exchanges
While we hope that you love what you buy, if you are not happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange/refund.*
Should you wish to return your item to us, please ensure:
- You have contacted us via email within 14 days of purchase
- The item/s are returned within 30 days of purchase
- The goods are unworn, in the same condition as received & in original packaging.
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange without valid proof of purchase

For any online returns / exchanges please complete a returns form, print out & mail to us with the item/s you wish to return / exchange.

Please note, you are responsible for return postage, and we recommend that items are returned via registered mail.
*Please note we can not offer refunds for custom pieces, unless there is a fault.

Processing your exchange/refund
You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received & processed. All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the original standard shipping charge, but we cannot reimburse you for any return shipping charges.
